Over the years, Salesforce France has established itself as a key tech player by transforming its initial positioning as a CRM specialist into that of a full platform combining generative AI, real-time data and process automation. This strategic repositioning has enabled Salesforce to expand its impact across all industries, becoming a transformation partner for companies of all sizes.
For over 17 years, Rumeur Publique has been supporting Salesforce through every stage of this rise: from local anchoring and sector verticalization to the rollout of a defining vision of the future of work — culminating in the launch of Agentforce, the first digital work platform built around autonomous agents and fully interoperable with the Salesforce ecosystem.
