L’Oréal Opérations
MISSION
Within L’Oréal Operations, the “DevPack” community brings together nearly 1,000 packaging professionals from all over the world who work with the L’Oréal brands to launch new products. The objective was to mobilise a highly diverse team—scientists, engineers, creatives, marketing leads—around a complex topic: designing ever more sustainable packaging in line with the Group’s environmental commitments, while keeping packaging desirable for all consumers and uncompromising on protection and safety.
Strategic approach
Produce a 4‑episode internal web‑series titled Pack to the Future. This creative, educational storytelling format highlighted the latest packaging innovations and deep expertise on complex issues such as digital modelling, new manufacturing/recycling techniques for glass or plastic and new material science.
Actions implemented
- Concept and production of the internal web‑series: two scientific documentaries, field reports, expert presentations shot in the studio in La Plaine Saint‑Denis.
- Creation of the visual and sound identity of the series, including virtual set design.
- Messaging workshops and interviews with around forty experts (engineers, researchers, designers…) and marketing leads.
- Scriptwriting, scenarios development and spokesperson coaching in both French and English.
- Over 17 filming days (including 2 days in the US – Los Angeles & New Jersey) and 70 days of post‑production (editing, motion‑design, audio mixing)
