MISSION
Aéma Groupe is the 4th largest insurance player in France, formed in 2021 through the merger of Macif and Aésio Mutuelle, joined by Abeille Assurances, and bolstered by the launch of asset manager Ofi Invest.
As a mutualist group active across all protection issues in France, Aéma Groupe first needed to position itself within insurance ecosystem as complementary and additive to the brands that compose it. Then, covering the protection needs of one‑in‑six French people, the group then definemutualism and commitment as its two main communication pillars.
Rumeur Publique supported Aéma Groupe through thematic press campaigns (shareholder activism, social economy, insurance pricing and accessibility…), personal branding of senior leadership (major interviews, radio & TV appearances), and crisis communication (active monitoring, messaging guidelines).
Press relations support also included financial communication for annual and half‑yearly results, targeting both the press and investor/analyst audiences. Preparation of presentations, speaker coaching, dedicated press releases and journalist relations were part of the agency’s mission — acting as the central connector between all stakeholders across these sequences.
