Launch the first free-flow motorway in France through an educational and innovative campaign.

MISSION

Eiffage, a leader in transport infrastructure sector, commissioned the agency to support the deployment of the motorway, educate the public on the “free‑flow” toll concept, and to position Eiffage as a pioneer of innovation in the motorway sector. The goal was to target the general public, road professionals (in France and neighbouring countries), as well as institutional decision‑makers.

Strategic approach

Raise awareness of the free‑flow motorway and its benefits among public authorities, while conduct educational outreach to users.

Actions implemented

  • Assembled a multidisciplinary team to orchestrate an integrated mix of public relations, public affairs and advertising over one full year.
  • Developed the key message “88 km of advantages”, tailored to each target group.
  • National and regional press campaigns aimed at both the general public and professionals, in France and internationally.
  • Highlighted Eiffage’s expertise through TV, radio and press reports.
  • Educational meetings with local political and institutional decision‑makers.
  • Media campaigns (press and outdoor advertising).
  • Developed a dedicated website and produced educational animated films.
  • Created additional digital assets.
