Public Speaking

Leaders are increasingly called on to deliver high-stakes messages. Our native-English coaches help them craft and deliver clear, structured and inspiring messages that convince all audiences.

Master Narrative

YOUR STRATEGY AS A CLEAR NARRATIVE

Communicating your company’s « raison d’être » – what you do, and how you deliver tangible benefits to all stakeholders – is a huge challenge.

We help you craft a powerful narrative that transforms a complex and multi-layered company presentation into a clear story that makes perfect sense to all audiences.

We do this thanks to the Message Management Method for crafting a « Master Narrative » – a coherent and well-structured story that becomes the central tool in your communications arsenal.

Tell a story

A STORY THAT DRIVES CHANGE

In a rapidly changing global environment, adapting your business strategy must be done quickly, efficiently, and with full support from all teams.

Our coaches help leaders build a coherent story that reassures and motivates teams behind the transformation project.

This is achieved thanks to the definition of a clear narrative at board level, that is then rolled out across the organisation.

Mediatraining

SUCCESSFUL MEDIA INTERVIEWS

Speaking to the media is a unique opportunity to drive the conversation around your organisation. To succeed, must understand and manage the expectations of the journalist in front of you, and be the master of your message at all times. It isn’t easy.

Our consultants help you deliver a story that is 100% clear for all audiences, and has the examples and proof points convince both the journalist and the audience.

Our training covers all these bases. You’ll understand the environment, you’ll have a story that’s ready to deliver with confidence, and you’ll be able to answer any question that’s thrown at you.

Winning Tenders

WIN TENDERS AND RFPs

Competition for tenders and RFPs is ever more intense. The verbal presentation will make or break the pitch. It’s a stressful experience. Time is short, and you need to get it right.

Our specialists help your tender response team build a pitch that highlights the most powerful elements of the offer, and explains how they answer the customer’s key challenges.

We do this by building a well-structured story, supported by engaging visuals and a confident oral delivery that generated genuine enthusiasm for your team.
